Abstract

|
We report a case of huge ovarian cyst in nulliparous, primigravida, 28-years old woman during intrauterine pregnancy. This tumor was measured 30×25×13cm in size, and the volume of the cystic contents was 51. The pathologic diagnosis was serous
cystadenoma, right ovary. The case will be presented in more details with a brief review of literature.
